Add one or more products, in the desired size and color, to your shopping cart. You can always view and edit your shopping cart while shopping online. Done shopping? Then you can complete the order by clicking on checkout. You will then see an overview of your order, here you enter your personal details for payment and receipt. Have you checked all data properly? Then choose the desired payment method and click on the green button with 'CHECK OUT' in your cart.

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provided. We will also keep you informed about the shipment of your order, so that you know exactly when you can expect your new Five2One Glasses!


You can pay for your order in different ways:

iDeal: you pay directly online through your bank.
PayPal: you pay directly online via your PayPal account.
Credit Card: you pay directly online via your Credit Card. Available with: VISA, MasterCard & American Express
Apple Pay: easy payment for all Apple users.
Bancontact: you pay directly online via your bank (Belgium).

Have you received a discount code from us? Then you can fill it in during checkout. You type the discount code in the appropriate input field and click on 'apply discount code'. Return, Exchange and Warranty.

You can return your order through us by creating a return label via this link. Then enter your order number and zip code. You can then specify a service point of your choice to return the order and download a return label.

The return costs are for your own account and are €5.25 per package.

Right of withdrawal
You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After registration you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products without prior notice within 14 days of receipt, as long as you add a notice stating your wish to cancel.

Everything you have paid, such as the price of the product and the costs of the forwarding, will be reimbursed. The return costs are for your own account and are €5.25 per package.

To make use of your right of withdrawal, you can use the European model withdrawal form. Via this form you inform Five2One that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Yes, exchange is possible. To do this, please contact our customer service at orders@five2one.com.

Always share your order number with us. Then we can help you quickly.

We will then discuss with you which product/size you want to exchange your original order for. We also discuss the return process. We will then put the new order in the system for you.

When returning the entire order, we will refund the entire amount, including any shipping costs. The return costs are for your own account. When the order is partially returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded. For the refund we use the same payment method with which you paid for your order. There are no additional costs for you for this. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, please return the items in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Does the product break quickly or does it contain a production error? Let us know right away!

We recommend that you first make complaints about our service or products known to us via orders@five2one.com. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.

From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not being processed by us, you are free to submit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.


In The Netherlands, If you order before 23:30, your order will be delivered the next day.
For Belgium, you must order before 22:00 to receive your order the next day.
Delivery on Sunday is not possible. So if you order on Saturday, you will receive your order on Monday.

If you have any questions about the delivery, please contact our logistics customer service. This can be done in 2 ways:
1. Go to the carrier parcel page via your track & trace link that you received in your email. Click on the contact button at the top right. In this way, your order number and address are automatically known to us.
2. Call our logistics customer service during office hours on +31627025961. Have your order number to hand. Then we can help you quickly.

The Netherlands, Belgium Luxembourg and Germany
All orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are shipped for free.

Outside The Netherlands
Other rates apply outside the Netherlands. Unfortunately, free shipping is not possible. Select the desired country at checkout, the correct shipping costs will then be shown in your order overview.

Denmark, France, Poland, Austria, Czech-Republic: € 8,95

We ship with both PostNL and DHL, based on your location. We choose for the carrier with the least impact on the enviroment, we alway aim for climate neutral way of shipping.

When you place an order with us, you will receive a track & trace code from the carier in your email. With this track & trace code you can track your package.

When you are not at home, the carrier will leave a yellow card on your doormat, plus an email in your inbox. This way you can quickly make a new delivery appointment. Let us know via the carrier app where the package should be delivered: at a pick up point, a safe place around your house, your neighbors or at home again. You can make changes on the same day.

Shipments to Belgium are done by PostNL.

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail about this. When your order is packed, you will receive a new e-mail containing a Track & Trace link with which you can track your order. You can also change your delivery time here if you are not at home.

We ship within Europe. Select the desired country at checkout, the correct shipping costs will then be shown in your order overview.

All our glasses have flexible hinges to ensure the ultimate wearing comfort. You can adjust the width of your glasses by bending the earcups inward or outward. By bending the earpieces of the glasses outward you are relieved of unnecessary pressure on the side of your head or temples, while bending the earpieces inward ensures that the glasses clamp more tightly against the side of your head.

Our glasses are completely unisex and are specially designed for both men and women.
